Due to the traditional Chinese New Year Festival, logistics companies have stopped accepting and delivering packages. We will stop shipping at 12:00 a.m.(EST)Jan 21, and stop customer service at 12:00 a.m. (EST)Jan 23.
No worries, customer service and shipping will restart on February 1(EST).

About shipping:
Most of the mortar toys purchased before the November 23rd have been shipped last month, but some trouble occurred.
As a result of the large amount of goods recently transported through the airport, it waited so long in line for takeoff. Post office says they will try their best to send out last month's packages by plane before December 8th. Waiting time for takeoff will return to normal state after December 8th.
Orders from November 24 to December 2 will be issued before December 7th.
Orders from December 3 to today will be issued before December 8th.
You can check the logistics status at 17track.net.
Since there will be logistics information only when the package arrives at the airport, usually the logistics information will be available about 48 hours after we send out the goods.
And if you buy several toys, each will be in a separate package. If you buy several toys and only receive one, don't panic, the others will arrive later.
